Standard Rate: $85.00 per hour
Telephone support and remote access billed in 30 minute increments. On-site has a 2 hour minimum charge. No travel time is charged for Volusia or Flagler Counties, Florida. Other travel fees agreed upon in advance.
Hourly Contract Rate: $65.00 per hour
Telephone support and remote access billed in 30 minute increments. Service rate requires an on-going Service Agreement; billed monthly, based on a minimum of 2 hours per month totaling at least 24 hours per year. On-site has a 2 hour minimum charge. No travel time is charged for Volusia or Flagler Counties, Florida. Other travel fees agreed upon in advance.
Full Service Agreement:
Covers all necessary remote and on-site work to keep client equipment running, upgraded and maintained.
Service and scheduling take precedence over all hourly agreements. Agreements are billed monthly, based on the amount of the contract. On-site has no additional charge. Fees (including travel time) are included in the contract and agreed upon in advance.
Managed Router
We opt to deploy various MikroTik routers based upon business requirements and needs. These routers are fast, feature-rich and reliable for the price! We're able to have network visibility and remotely make network/firewall changes.
Wireless Networks
Complete wireless network build-outs with great coverage areas! We also provide Guest Networks using social media redirection or Guest HotSpot Networks requring user vouchers.
